This book can be easily added to the curriculum. I use it early in the school year when I introduce the class jobs. This book is a story about a girl not feeling important with the job she is given. I try to teach the students how each job is crucial to the classroom.
I have used this book with my 4 and 5 year olds. As a class we then make jobs for our classroom.

A fun book for early readers just entering school. Children should be able to relate to Beth and will likely enjoy the colorful illustrations.
