I believe "If I Had A Horse" has been the most beautifully illustrated book that I have picked since beginning this assignment. I think the illustrator did a wonderful job in describing the words that are on the paper. The problem is the story or writing over all is not very good. I think this was a story written as a nighttime story before a child goes to bed. The story was written kind of like a poem but not quite that much. It was interesting to say the least but overall a good book. ( )
