Michael is secretly an undercover agent for Bow Street, and Rachel hies off to what she think's is his mistress' house, and finds him there...in disguise. She's told that he's Michael's illegitimate half-brother & starts accompanying him around town. Only she finds out that "James" and Michael are one and the same & is furious and bent on revenge.
