As the official photographer on the set of Watchmen, Clay Enos was there at every stage of production as director Zack Snyder filmed the adaptation of the legendary graphic novel. As well as his day-to-day duties making sure there was a visual record of the production, Enos also made time to work on a very special project: a collection of black-and-white portraits photographs. From the lead characters, including of course Rorschach, the Comedian, Dr Manhattan, Nite-Owl and all the other Watchmen, to supporting characters and even extras in the crowd, his lens captured them all. With its wealth of exclusive photographs, this stunning book is a unique look into the world of the film.… (más)

Lá pelo meio, todo um magno lote de bons fatos para bailes de máscaras. ( )

While there is no doubt some very beautiful photography in this book, I was disappointed by how some of the characters were ignored. Rorschach and the Comedian both have several photographs in this book, but many of the main characters (Nite Owl II, Silk Spectre II, and Ozymandias) only have one photograph apiece in the entire book. Mothman, who doesn't even have a speaking part in the movie, has more photographs in the book than these three main characters. Moloch, who is a minor character in the story, has more photographs in this collection than all three of the aforementioned main characters combined. It's great if you wonder what extras look like, but if you're hoping for more focus on the main characters of the film, it's a letdown. ( )
