The main purpose of this book is to inform the reader about horses. This is represented throughout the book in many ways. For example, on one page of the book, there is a diagram of a horse showing all the different parts of the horse. This is a handy piece of information if you were ever asked to clean a horse. Another example was when they listed a bunch of different colors that a horse can come in. The illustrations were very important to this book. Without the picture for the diagram, the words would make no sense to the reader. And even though the colors could have been describe through words, the message was conveyed much easier through pictures. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

A great book for a young reader interested in horses and naturalism.
