Two greedy lords have dishonored the dragon shrine, keeping for themselves the precious offerings meant for the god. Now great evil begins to plague the land, and the only hope of peace rests in the hands of a humble weaver. Full color. A poor weaver girl sets out for the Emperor's palace in the hope of weaving a dragon's robe to please him. On the way she stops to help an ill old man in a little house. During her stay two powerful lords stop by and prove to be unprincipled -- stealing offerings meant for the rain dragon shrine. She sets out to weave a robe to lay on the same shrine and the moment she finishes it the rain dragon appears and unleashes the power of water, defeating China's enemies.
