My Day, Your Day by Robin Ballard is one of those wonderful books to read aloud with your toddler or preschooler who has a bit of separation anxiety. My Day, You Day, is a cute story for younger children. This story is a cute way to show kids that things their doing now at nursery are pretty similar to the things their parents are doing in their everyday life's. I liked how the author used different races in the story. Also the author has each character in a different color, so maybe if your reading this to your students you could also go over their colors. ( )
