Catherine Tate is the narrator, beautifully carrying off Donna and also the Tennant Doctor, in a plot that beings rather like the later TV story The God Complex, with a bunch of characters from different places yanked together unexpectedly in one big building, but takes off in quite a different direction, both funny and serious, with some very neat ideas (the spamming AI at the beginning is just the start).
