I saw the author of this book talk about it on the Phil Donahue Show sometime back in the early 1980's. It was the first time I heard somebody talk about our food supply and how precarious the free market system was in relation to the food supply. Since those days the topic of our food supply has become of major concern with many authors writing about the various aspects of food and how it gets to our supermarkets. I have read other books on the food supply but this one remains one of the basic books on that subject mainly because in the years since it has been published not much has changed in the foo markets. The five companies that supply grain to the world are still the same major players. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
