It’s a great book if only rating on the treasure trove of amazing truths of who God is in the face of our fear and worry as well as what the Bible says about fear and worry, but I was hoping for more practical ways for how these truths can actually help us overcome the worry. Just knowing them isn’t enough, IMO, esp for those whose anxiety is more clinical than just specific worries. It would have been helpful to have practical things included like memorizing verses, how to apply them when facing worry and anxiety in the moment, and praying through, for example. ( )
