As the case of the wayward wife continues to vex her, Izzy's personal life-and mental health- seem to be disintegrating. I enjoyed it as I do all of the books in this series. I am not sure how I feel about the addition of a boyfriend for the lead character, but will continue to read to see if this changes ( )
I'm loving this series. It's written out like reports & dossiers. Family dysfunction along with working in the same business. I can't wait to read the nextone ( )
Well at least she managed to solve an actual case here. And I was happy to see that her brother David treated her well and seemed to care for her. Some of my favorite characters left the series and I hope I like whoever comes along next. I was pissed at Henry Stone this time around.What's up with him turning Izzy down because she wasn't adult enough for her? Dick. Still if this is where it ends with Henry I'll be okay. If they get together later I'm going to be going back to expecting a happy ending romantically for Izzy and I'm just going to be disappointed if I don't get one eventually. I'm going to keep going with the series and hope I don't get disappointed. ( )
Investigation -- NEEDING to know -- in their blood, the Spellman blood, and that blood is out to get Izzy Spellman. But it's all good in the end. I love these books. ( )
