One reason I like it is because of the writing. Throughout the story, it asks questions to keep the reader engaged and become more interactive. An example is on page 7 that states, “Do you think that’d be fun? No?” Also, the illustrations are really nice because they each match the text on the page. This is shown on the page in the story that describes how a fly sleeps upside down on the ceiling. The picture relates to the text by having a boy sitting upside down and hanging from the ceiling. I believe the message of the story is to inform and explain how different animals sleep, and to make comparisons to humans. I believe this is the big idea because the main character is trying to find the most comfy way to sleep, so he is exploring how and where other animals sleep. I would recommend this book for kindergarten to third graders because of the writing style and illustrations. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
