Heroine Kiki Brill's family's land, (her home and heritage--the Kaapa Flower Farm), is being sabotaged by a series of so-called accidents. Hero Ryan McClain is visiting Maui hoping to buy that same piece of land for a client on the mainland. Kiki refuses to sell, but while spending time with Ryan, the two are becoming very close. As "accidents" and threats against her and the farm continue, Kiki begins to question what lengths Ryan may be willing to go to, to acquire the land.

This was such an enjoyable inspirational romantic suspense story set on the Hawaiian island of Maui. I love it when a book's setting makes you feel as though you are there, and this book definitely did it for me. I really liked the interesting cast of characters, especially Kiki's maternal grandmother (Tutu) who lived at the farm with Kiki. And the dog, Cody, was adorable. A very entertaining and suspenseful story. ( )

This is the first Terri Reed book I've read and I really enjoyed it. I loved the settings/locations and the cast of characters! ( )
