This book is a great example of realistic fiction. As a family welcomes a new baby into their lives, the reader catches a glimpse of what that entails. The joy and duties of having a new baby are also apparent throughout the story, making the story seem even more realistic.

Plot: The author keeps the the readers engages my adding new characteristics of having a new baby in a family, making the plot very interesting.
