The first of her books I have read and will certainly read more. "But not for long. If you stay here in that thing," he pointed dismissively at her jacket, warm enough for the worst that London could throw at it, "you'll catch pneumonia. C'mon, it's sheltering rain." Overall, the pace was slow so it was quite a hardy read for me. Thankfully I continued as the ending was surprisingly good. You can read my full review here: http://www.sholee.net/2020/12/mpov-sheltering-rain.html Moyes’ talent for finding stories in family relationships continues in this story. When pregnant, unmarried Kate flees her drab horse-loving parents in rainy, cold Ireland for a life in London, she never successfully develops relationships with men. She sends her daughter, Sabine, to Ireland to spend time with her grandparents. Sabine comes to appreciate what her mother couldn’t but it takes the death of her grandfather to bring her mother back to discover that you don’t need to leave home to find happiness. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
