Hubie's never ending adventures. This one has to do with field day. Generally, I like the Black Lagoon series. First off, Hubie has a tremendous imagination. And the author, Mike Thaler is one Punny guy. He has play on words through out this book that makes it not only interesting to read but funny as well.

This particular story as Hubie prepares for field day, the reader goes through all the torture that happens in Hubie's mind as field day approaches. I mean, how is he supposed to win events if he has no muscles that are in shape...right?

I recommend this book to the young reader. There is a good balance between words and pictures to keep the reader interested. Also, the print in this book is pretty good.
