Cookbook with recipes organized by the seasons, using the calendar to show both seasonal ingredients and holidays and festivals. so the june recipes feature creole tomatoes, and are best cooked in june. I don't know that I've ever actually made anything out of here. I find Emeril a little annoying. But the format of the book, with the recipes sorted by holiday or festival, is cute. Unfortunately, the recipes themselves are fairly uninspiring. If I want Cajun food, I'll take Paul Prudhomme. This was a gift from an old boyfriend, so I can't part with it, of course. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Emeril takes you through a year's worth of party and festival menus (divided by month) from Super Bowl tailgate to Mardi Gras, from the New Year's Eve to end the millennium to the New Orleans Jazz Fest. In the fun and colorful style that Emeril brings to his Food Network television show Emeril Live and to all his cookbooks, Every Day's a Party is filled with over 125 recipes and Emeril's signature "kick-it-up-a-notch" way of making every occasion an over-the-top celebration. You've never had this much fun on President's Day. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
