From Amazon: One By One: Ellen Wingate thinks she's hit the jackpot when she learns the millions she's inherited comes with a super-exclusive condo in the mountains outside of Las Vegas. But leaving Minnesota for paradise turns out to be the ultimate nightmare. Trapped with her neighbors in a freakish winter avalanche, a chilling discovery at the bottom of an indoor pool signals a frightening turn of events...Until There Were None: A ruthless killer has infiltrated the Deer Creek Condos. With each killing more terrifying than the last, the panicked survivors face almost certain death. Their only hope is to band together to escape the unrelenting pursuit of a deadly intruder, but trusting each other could be their most fatal instinct. My Thoughts: The beginning of the book was confusing. The plot was being developed in a stealthy sort of way, which is to be expected, however, the large number of characters made it difficult to follow. Frankly I am not a fan of light and cozy mysteries and this is what I would consider this. I know there are those that will find it perfect. It isn't a bad story line...just not a book or a series that I would read again. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I really enjoyed this book, even though I had a hard time keeping track of the characters at times. Some were likable, and some weren’t. I was really rooting for Betty, one of my favorite characters of the book. It was slow at first, but once the murders started, things picked up.
This is the first book I’ve read by Joanne Fluke and I look forward to reading more by this author. ( )
