Why didn't I love this beautiful book? And why are almost all of the reviews by teachers or wannabe teachers? And what would children think of it? I don't know... I'd like some of my GR friends who read picture-books to read & review this.... ( )

My Mama Had a dancing heart is about a young girl who was encouraged by her mother to dance. Her mother was a beautiful dancer who helped to teach her daughter everything she knew. The daughter grew up to be a wonderful and amazing ballerina and she remembers her mother by doing what she loves and honoring her.
