If Tina had read any of the books in this series, she would have put this all together, but I can't blame her for not reading them. I do think she should have gone to the police right away, and been suspicious of Christopher's stories. Maybe she was just too brainwashed by how she and Chris mysteriously liked all the same things (undoubtedly because Chris had grilled Josh about her). Nothing can ruin Tina Rivers' big weekend at Patterson College with her boyfriend, Josh Martin. She's so excited, she doesn't even mind that her cousin, Holly, will be tagging along.
