Completed by Dean Ing from an outline by Mack Reynolds, the writing seems fresher than the earlier 'Lagrange 5' (although this story happens before the events of that novel)
You still get the annoying use of the word 'Wizard' by characters, and phrases like 'Holy jumping Zen' which they should have just dumped to avoid reader irritation.
Primarily dated cold war KGB plotline, with some mob action thrown in.
3 Stars if you are an L5 nut. 2.75 for anyone else. (
