Anne McCaffrey has written many wonderful fantasy and science fiction books. I personally own over 60 and have still to meet one I disliked. She has also inspired outer authors with her characters and the following illustrated short stories are highly recommended.

FEOM AMAZON: Behold Acorna, the Unicorn Girl.

This medium is perfect for McCaffrey's unicorn girl character. The novels really are more appropriate for young adults. As a children's book, this excels. The art is beautiful and vibrant, and matches well with the stories offered. The publisher should have persued more books in this model, than continuing to publish the novels. Recommended. ( )
