It does a good job of presenting the information in a more comprehensible way for younger children. This book would be great for a science class that is discussing life on earth and maybe prehistoric time periods. This book was challenged because it's about evolution. Evolution is not something that has yet been accepted by many people because they feel it challenges their religious beliefs. I recently took a Human Origins class at the University of New Orleans and learned there were about 12 species of humans. I was shocked to discover this just now, being that I have been on school for more than 14 years and have never heard of this. I think this topic should absolutely not be banned; knowing our origins is extremely important. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
