This book of poems is great for students to get a look at the diversity of poetry and that poems can be about anything you want. I do wish that they had some diversity in their styles of poems but I guess having them all one way is good too. I think showing different varieties is important. For instance, not all poetry has to rhyme, but in this book every poem does. I do think it is a good book for students just learning about poetry though. The illustrations in this book may be some of my favorite of any book I've read this semester. ( )

Cute, cute, cute poems for all dinosaur fans. Author gives human characteristics to dinosaurs for comparison. Absolute must read. ( )

A book of poems about dinosaurs, their colors, what they ate, and when they lived.

Considering I am not much of a poetry fan, this books easy, fun, and repetitive prose helped me breeze through the book. Plus, who isn’t amazed and curious about dinosaurs? This book had unusual, not mainstream, names and descriptions accompanied by funny illustrations. I will definitely read again!
