A second grader moves to a new town to be near his father who is in prison

Andy goes through a hard time when his father goes to prison for robbery. His family moves to be closer to the prison, but Andy has to go to a new school and make all new friends.

This is a journey of how Anderson's father is in prison and how he misses him and finds another little boy in the same situation.I think its a great feature of this book when it can show children who have fathers who are not in the home, and how children can relate to each others home life. While I did feel bad for little Anderson, I felt encouraged by this book because it presents the children finding hope, that thier parents will return. This book is good! ( )
