This book is about a new pig in town named Chip, who becomes very good friends with a wolf named Fitch. At first, they meet in class, but Fitch keeps telling him no talking in class. Later in the day, during lunch, Chip tests to see if Fitch is a bad wolf by trying to make himself look 'tasty'. Fitch doesn't think the new pig looks tasty at all. On their walk home, they discuss how different they are and this is how they become best friends.
