This is a very short book about Maisy and her friends trying to stay cool in the heat. They get out the inflatable pool, blow it up and fill it up, only to find it has a hole in it. When the hole is patched and they are ready to swim, their friend Eddie the Elephant shows up and takes up the whole pool! Eddie figures out a way to keep everyone cool though. ( )

A simple book. The pictures are just as simple. It's a good book for children to look through on their own; and a quick read if you only have a moment. Waiting in the doctor's office? Short ride on the bus? Need a distraction while you wait? This is that kind of book. ( )
