Very good narrative of an early hike of the as yet unfinished Pacific Crest Trail. The National Geographic photography is excellent as expected. Maps and illustrations. Persons met along the way. Good descriptions of flora and fauna encountered and the geology as well. A short read, the narrative never bores. Recommended. ( ) This is a daily logn of a trip by the National geographic team as they hiked the trail. It is not a typical trail guide. It is instead a dialog and photo description of a journey down the trail. As always with National geographic the pjotos are good and portray what the dialog discusses. Many of the photos and drawings are of people, either encountered during the hike, or of people who were connected with the trail in some way. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
