Most children like animals, so they will be kept entertained by that. The little kitten Barnaby acts just like some children do, questioning everything. Although some people might find children questioning things annoying, it is good for their development to question things because they learn by asking any questions. The book is also good, because it also has a valuable lesson at the end of the story. Barnaby got stuck because he was doing something he shouldn't be doing which was playing around instead of going inside for dinner. The lesson here is that all actions have conquences. Children could also learn the importance of problem solving. It is okay to ask for help, but it is important to try to do it yourself first. ( ) This modern fantasy book would be best used in read aloud to small children. This book focused on the inquisitive nature of young children. I can ask my students to remember times when they did not obey their parents because they were too inquisitive, The artistry in this book seemed to be lacking. The animals depicted all seemed to have a menacing face. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
