Percy's family was going to the beach and wanted to bring his teddy bear. If he wanted to bring his teddy bear he would have to get rid of somthing so there was enough room in the car. In each room that Percy went into he kept finding different items that he wanted to take the beach but there wasn't enough room to take them unless he took something else out. Percy and his family finally left for the beach. After playing in the water and the sand, it was finally time to eat, but there was no food since Percy brought all of his stuffed animals. Percy's family was not very happy with him so they all decided to go for one last swim before they went home early. Percy didn't want to go home early so he set white empty plates on the beach, and wrote please do feed the bears. One by one kind people would walk by and drop off food on all the animals plates. Soon enough all of the bears were fead and the family, so they didn't have to go home after all.
This is a great book for children to read under the age of ten. This book keeps the children interested until the end of the book to see if the bears and the family do really get fead. The pictures in this book also were very interesting to look at and i personally thought they would also keep the children interested within the book. Children could bring in their own teddy bear when reading this book and they could share their favorite thing about their bear or stuffed animal.
