Ce livre est un guide pour être un bon "wikipédien" et faire parti de la communauté Wikipédia. Il explique les conseils à appliquer pour que le site fonctionne dans les meilleures conditions mais ne traite le problème de cette encyclopédie que de façon subjective. En effet, même si ces informations pratiques sont appliquées, les erreurs dans les articles continuent d'exister malgré tout. ( )

If you ever wanted to learn how to contribute to Wikipedia, this is the book for you. Wikipedia and its associated Wikimedia Commons and other Wikis are all complex web sites with lots of details to learn. Even a former computer programmer like myself finds it tricky at times, but the culture of the editors is helpful and welcoming.

Of course, there are disagreements, some of them quite nasty, but it is easy to make contributions in areas that are not controversial. My only warning would be that some people find Wikipedia editing addictive. ( )
