I might switch this to my classroom library- I was looking for a bird guide that was already available on Bookmooch, and this was what came up (without the whistle it's supposed to come with!) Most of the information is stuff I already knew, and it's more of a book about birds in general than a guide to backyard birds. It does profile some of the more prevalent species, however, so it's kind of nice as a beginner book. ( )
