The format combined with amazing photographs and large print font make this an amazing resource for young kids. These books detail interesting facts and information about animals all over the world, including birds and marine animals. Very fun for kids to sit down with, either on their own or with a parent.

We purchased this book during my son's book fair in his kindergarten year of school. He would constantly pick this one out during reading and bedtimes. The combination of images with just the right amount of text, positioned in an easy to follow and informative way makes this great for kids. I think the full-color images make this a gorgeous book and I think the entire series is worth picking up as well. ( )
