(1912) Previously read, but not sure where. This one has appeared in quite a few anthologies over the years.

A young man has been having a recurring nightmare for over a decade. In the dream, he's usually a guest at an acquaintance's home. When the hostess lets him know that he'll be sleeping in the tower room, he is overcome by an inexplicable feeling of dread.

Then one day, in real life, a friend invites him to a party. Although it's a different friend, and the details are different, he is overwhelmed by deja vu as he enters the house. Will he finally find out what his dreadful presentiment foreshadowed? ( )

This book has three stories and I'm going to talk about first one.
This title is "The woman in the Black Coat".
Fanny,a young woman married Lord Glenfallen,a rich man.
They loved each other and lived happily, but one day,she met a ghost of 'Lady Glenfallen',the last Glenfallen's wife!
This story did'nt say who killed her,so I thought it interesting and this story inspirates reader's imagination.
But also,I thought this story's title "black coat" was'nt need because this word did'nt relate with main story. ( )

This book consists of three horror short story.
I think that first story "The Room in the Tower" is impressive.
One man has been had a dream which is mysterious.
One day,his dream came true and horrible thing befell him...
I think there are different fear each stories. But I think these story are not too fearful. ( )

There are three horror stories.
The most interesting story was the first story.
A young woman married a man.
So she started to live in the man's house.
But she looked at a woman in the black coat in her room.
She was very afraid.
When I read this story, I felt it scary.
But I can't stop reading the story. Because it was interesting.
I haven't liked horror, but I will read horror stories. ( )
