The author presents a natural rhyming style of the text. The items used are familiar objects. The book can help students see that shapes are all around them. Some of the items in the book can be given to the students to hold in their hands. For example, a birthday hat or a star. The students could find other examples of triangles in everyday life whether in the classroom or at home. The author has written other books about different shapes. Several readings of the many books can be introduced close together to introduce several shapes in the lesson. Shapes can also be used to create art or for counting. They could also be used for graphing and adding. Pie or pizza slices can be used for fractions. ( ) A book that teaches children everyday items that are in the shape of a triangle. I loved the rhyming technique! At times I would find myself singing the lines while looking at the pictures. I think this book is great for students because it is not too difficult to read and the pictures help to remember the attributes of a triangle. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
