I would read "Aunt Skilly and the Stranger" to grades third, fourth, and fifth grade. The book was about a lady who makes quilts to sale. Her and her grey goose, Buckles live alone in the country. A stranger comes up and wants to have dinner but ask her questions like how does she lock her door and how close are her neighbors. the stranger also helped her take done her quilts and fold them so she could take them to town tomorrow and sale them. They placed the quilts in a gunnysack. Well in the middle of the night someone broke in her house and took the gunnysack. Well in the morning Aunt Skilly woke up and took the quilts out of her keeping chest and went to town. On the way to town she saw the gunny snack tumped out in the middle of the road. Aunt Skilly had replaced the quits with differernt scraps from around the house. The book never tell who broke in to her house that is up to the reader to decide. I really enjoyed reading this book. It teaches the student to draw their own conclusions based from ideas in the story. Overall I would recomend this book to any teacher. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
