I enjoyed this newest read from Lily. It has all the snark and humour that we need, with some oh moments and an age-gap romance!

Jonas thinks he is too old and not enough for Dean and what do you know Dean thinks he is not old enough or brainy enough for Jonas.

Communication definitely needed between these two but they get there in the end.

Guess I'll have to track down the previous book with Dean now so I can compare. (I read several other reviews making note of how differently he is portrayed.) I so love this version of Dean so I'm very happy I read his book first.

Also must confess that the cover first drew me in! Whew! ( )

Well I’m going to this author’s backlist as I loved this book too. I’m fascinated by how she treated the POVs as it’s all mainly Jonas with barely a tinge of Dean thrown in. I think it worked though (the other one I read was the same but a little more of the secondary POV) as I fell in love with Dean the way Jonas did. This had all the feels in what appears to be a shallow world, and I appreciated how that was treated too. Seriously epic squeeing here with these two. ( )
