Some really interesting poems. Jaiswal plays with voice and rhyme in compelling ways. I wish he had a more aggressive editor, who would have played with the layout on the page too. Instead, 40 center aligned poems later, the book is visually tired. But the gems, like #32, an image of depression and exhaustion clinging to a weekend

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because none of the poems really stuck with me? They were well done, and I believe they'll be great for most people that enjoy poetry, they were just not exactly what I look for in poems.

However, it was well done and I would definitely read more works by this author. ( )
