The plot starts with an interesting thrill, but somewhere in the middle slows down a bit. Finally, after a few turns it picks up its pace to the climax. I liked the book as it had everything from horror to politics to action and adventure. The only drawback was that it is a multi POV book, which makes it a little hard to read. Otherwise, the book is good for dystopian horror lovers. I would like to give 4 stars to the book. Thanks to @Booktasters for providing me an opportunity to read and review the book. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

When it came to the overall story through, I felt like it did not really pick up for me until midway of Part Three. This is about the halfway point of the book. Up until this point, the story was more of a slow tease. When I got to Part Three is when the story really picked up and moved along at a faster pace. The fear is real.
Lastly, I never formed a strong connection to any of the characters. So, I did find myself not as emotionally invested in the book. Yet, there was still enough good elements I liked about this book that I would read another by Mr. Bellec. ( )
