Is there convincing evidence for eternal life after death If so, what will our experience be like What will it be like to see God face to face In this five-session video study (streaming included), Lee Strobel--journalist and award-winning author of The Case for Christ--turns his talent for investigation on the biblical and logical case for an afterlife. The reality of death shapes our lives and faith. Most of us fear it or try not to think about it, regardless of whether we believe in eternal life or not. Lee--whose rigorous faith has been shaped by his past as an atheist--first considers his old unbelief: that we have only one life and when we die, we cease to exist. What evidence is there to suggest otherwise   Based on his interviews with leading Christian philosophers, scientists, and theologians; Strobel unfolds the strongest arguments for belief in heaven, hell, and a glimpse into what these places will be like. Along the way, he explores common topics related to immortality; such as angels, Satan and demons, the reincarnation of the body, and doctrines like salvation through Christ alone. This study guide has everything you need for a full Bible study experience, including: The study guide itself--with discussion and reflection questions, video notes, and a leader's guide. An individual access code to stream all five video sessions online. And the physical DVD. Journey with Lee Strobel in this exploration of heaven, and be drawn into a deeper understanding of the rationality and final hope of Christian beliefs. Watch on any device! MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK

The Case For Heaven – Movie – Lee Strobel – MY REVIEW

The movie, The Case For Heaven is based on the book by the same title by Lee Strobel. In this movie/documentary, Strobel will answer the fearful questions on most of the minds of everyone today. Is there life after death, and Is Heaven real? Lee Strobel explores the evidence on the afterlife, as well as interviewing experts on the subject, and people who have had near death experiences. Through in-depth study in God Word and through his interviews, Lee Strobel finds substantial evidence that there is a real Heaven where those who know the Lord will go when they die. And we don't have to fear death and what will happen. God has it all under control. We trust Him.

I have read several of Lee Strobel's books but this is the first movie I have had the honor of watching. I thoroughly enjoyed The Case for Heaven. I learned so much watching this film. I've never feared or wondered about Heaven, but it was sometimes fearing death and what it would be like the moment you breathed your last breath and entered Heaven. I am so glad that this movie gave me insights into so many things I've always wondered, and helped me understand why I was fearing Heaven. I want this movie and book because it will be an awesome resource to keep going back to.

Probably my favorite part of the movie was the recording of the last words to Lee Strobel from the late pastor and evangelist Luis Palau. Palau was in his last stages of life on earth, and he was ready for Heaven, no fear of death because he knew he would meet the Lord in Heaven. And the most important part of the movie was when Strobel, and the others pointed those watching to Jesus. Explaining that the only way to go to Heaven to meet Jesus when we die is through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and we must believe in Him for our salvation. I am giving this wonderful and so much needed film Five Stars and I wish I could give it more.

This is a well thought out and produced movie, one that I feel is so important to our world today, and I plan to make sure everyone I know and others around the world that I can reach understand that Heaven IS REAL and we can think about death without the fear of the unknown. I am pointing everyone I can to this amazing movie and the clear details it teaches. I want to encourage everyone who reads my review to check out this movie for you and your family, then pass along the information so that others will watch this as well.

Many thanks to Pure Flix for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own. ( )
