A variety of animals with the sounds they make, make this a fun bedtime story for toddlers. Esta reseña ha sido escrita por los Primeros Reseñadores de LibraryThing. Good Night, Noah is a fun read-aloud for beginning readers. It was like an updated version of Good Night Moon in a way with vibrant art, soft color palates, effective repetition, and lots of chances to have some fun as the one reading it aloud. The animals introduced in the book all have fun responses that make it highly entertaining for young children. The nice tie in with the dad in the end is a great conclusion.Esta reseña ha sido escrita por los Primeros Reseñadores de LibraryThing. This is a great book for kiddos aged 0-2 (which happens to be what it's recommended for anyway). The pages are filled, edge to edge with an interesting and vibrantly colored picture. My copy was a softcover, but I can imagine that, as a board book, this would be even better. It catches a child's interest from the get-go with all the animals and the cute little boy on the front.I love how each of the independent pages come together when you see each of the animals on the last page as young Noah is saying goodnight to his father. My three-year old enjoyed finding the animals from each page on the last one. I have been a teacher for several years as well and can see how this would make a good early reader with it's repetition on each page. This book truly captures the unbridled, creative quality of a child's mind. It was so fun to see how the illustrator brought his imagination to life. Great book for any beloved little in your life. It's just a perfect book for a very young child's bedtime story. There are so many things to see (and even hear) on each page. The young child will be sure to recognize many of the animals. pictured on its pages. I especially love the ending where the daddy and Noah say goodnight to each other. My younger son is often the book reader at night when my daughter-in-law works long days. My copy was a softcover, but I think this would make an excellent board book as well. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
This call-and-response board book with animals is perfect for your bedtime routine. A young child imagines all of his animal friends have come to life as he says good night to each of them before tucking in to sleep. "Moo," says the cow. "Good night, cow," says Noah. With hints on each page of the animal featured on the following page, the simple, repetitive text will encourage your little reader to wish their own stuffed animals sweet dreams as they snuggle down for the evening.
