I am not a vegetarian and have no intention of becoming one. However, I do enjoy a wide variety of vegetables. I hoped this cookbook would provide me with various recipes I could use to prepare vegetables. Unfortunately, many of the recipes require spices and other ingredients I do not stock. As a result, I found almost no recipes I intend to try.

I would not recommend this book for someone new to vegetarian cooking. However, I think someone experienced in vegetarian cooking could find numerous interesting recipes. For that reason, I’m giving this book four stars. ( )
