A suspenseful thought provoking Western. Mr. Bridges brings home the excitement in a fast quick read. As I haven't read the first book in the series, I was a little confused as to who the characters
were until well into the story. My advise is that readers pick up the first book in the story first. My only negative thought would be that some of the action did not appear to be real. The riding sequences and use of pistols could use a little more realism. ( )

Good book. Quick read. Less than 200 pages. The first few pages grab your attention, for sure. I hadn't read the 1st book in the series, but think I would have a better understanding of this story if I had. ( )
