Actual words from one of our protagonists after he gets the other one, who is completely and utterly drunk, into a darkened closet and proceeds to have sex with him: "I figured you'd be so fucked up that you wouldn't protest, and so embarrassed it happened afterward that you wouldn't say anything." You know what's charming? Sexual assault! But I guess if it happens between two guys, it's "steamy" and "sexy" for the ladies to read, huh? Consent would just, you know, slow down the process. Yeah, fuck that noise. This story started with sexual assault, made no attempt to disguise that it had started with sexual assault (hell, I'm not even sure why I'm calling it that, it's flat out rape), and even tried justifying it under the name of M/M romance. I really have to give credit to this author for reminding me why I despise this genre. Call me when we stop fetishizing gay men in the M/M queer reads community. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Maybe because didn't work out evocative of something personal to me but, at the most, it resounded to me as a product in the line of so many movies from the 80' that showed, in a light-hearted tone, the life of high school students in USA, this story no captivated me how I see that it made with many.
It seemed nice to me, but nothing special.
I think that the only thing that I find remarkable is that the narration is carried on as something slightly similar to a shooting script. ( )
