I was not into this at all, I thought the storyline was farfetched and as much as it showed the prejudice against Mexicans in Texas back in the day, the ending just made it all sound so hunky dorey as if everyone is getting along together just great, when back then, never would it have happened that way. It didn't help that the narration and the accents really grated on my nerves. I probably would have liked it more if I had read it in print. ( ) Pertenece a las seriesDistinciones
