TIPS:

Dishwasher detergents. Incompletely dissolved d. can cake in the dispenser or leave a film or powder on dishes. Don't store box under sink or in moist area--it has lost its strength and dissolvability.

Carpets. Steam cleaning is better than shampooing.

For example, "Wine" is in Group 5--soak in warm water (1 qt), dishwashing liquid (1/2 tsp), and vinegar (1 tblspn) for 15", rinse, sponge with alcohol, wash.
