Song-Poems from Xanadu (Michigan Monographs in Chinese Studies)

i got this hoping to get the cover image Songs from Xanadu lacked. And it is a good cover image, a sage riding a crane. This book has more splendid light-verse. With most scholar-translators doing lyrical/literary haute culture poems, we do not get a feel for the chinese as people the way you do with crump's selections and translation. What a shame more people don't have his books!
