Gray's Anatomy Puzzle Book is a fun and educational book. I was unsure what to expect. Simply a book with puzzles and questions which, based on how long ago I took an A&P class, would have been a little too challenging to be fun. Or a book with the information included and the puzzles serving as a kind of memory test as well as an anatomy check. Fortunately, it is the latter of the two.

If you have little or no anatomy knowledge, or it has been so long since you took a course, don't worry. This wonderful book offers information and puzzles so you can learn as you go. While this is certainly no substitute for a course, this would be a great gift for someone thinking about going into the healthcare field. It will familiarize them with the body in a fun way so that when the systems are explored in more detail later they will have a foundation on which to build. For the rest of us, this is a light and easy way to learn or relearn the very basics.
