No intimate scenes other than the Hero and heroine. No sexual history or detail. Off page small other man drama. No interest in anyone else. No cheating. Initial animosity then bit insta. A pet cat who likes to travel, considering mine won't let me move him off the sofa, I find a cat who likes to travel with its owner a bit unbelievable. The Hero starts scene one in Fortnums, Indy's shop. He talks to Duke, Eddie and Hank, Jules, Vance and Elvira so for did hard fans there are some crowd pleaser moments. The Chaos gang obviously pop up. The scene is set for more books esp a teaser about the Hero's brother, Jagg. But also another seperate MC series that leaves things open for Chaos involvement or not. HTML: New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Ashley brings a new story in her Chaos series... "You know you can't keep a good brother down." The Chaos Motorcycle Club has won its war. But not every brother rode into the sunset with his woman on the back of his bike. Chaos returns with the story of Dutch Black, a man whose father was the moral compass of the Club, until he was murdered. And the man who raised Dutch protected the Club at all costs. That combination is the man Dutch is intent on becoming. It's also the man that Dutch is going to go all out to give to his woman. **Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it's an introduction to an author's world. And for fans, it's a bonus book in the author's series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.** .No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |

If this author writes it, I will buy it and then proceed to read it, often, several times over. Nobody can do what KA does. Some come close but there is a reason that she is known by her initials. I have been waiting on bated breath for Dutch to get his story. It was worth the wait.
The thing I like about 1001 Dark Nights books, is that it gives the world a chance to test a series out to see if someone likes it. It is standalone with characters from that series but a person isn't lost if it is their first time reading it. I could totally see that with this book.
However, for myself, I wanted more time spent on the details and relationship itself, in this case, and having read every book in this series more than once, I wanted more depth. It still seemed like Georgiana and Dutch still had so much left to their story. I felt like various Rock Chick or Chaos characters took up some of the time that could have been spent on putting all the attention on these characters. Even though this was 220 pages, it was still short for this author. I found that I missed those extra pages, and that isn't just me being selfish and wanting ALL THE WORDS from this amazing author.
All that being said, this was still a great book. Dutch is an amazing man. He is the perfect blend of Black and Hound. He truly is good in all aspects of his life. I loved that he had a purpose in this book, sadly because of commonality and that he could give insight. Georgie was different for me than the usual characters. I had a harder time relating to her. I think if given more time in a full big KA novel that would have been different. I missed the over-the-top moments where the Alpha goes all growly.
I did like how the author intends to open her next series up and still tie in Chaos. All in all, still a great addition to this amazing series. ( )
