the Beatles

The Beatles were a very popular pop band in the 1960s. It all started in 1964 in England and there was the two lead singers John Lennon and Paul McCartney. eventually the third member came, and his name was George Harrison.

The fourth member was a guy named Pete Best, but he wasn't in the band for long. The replacement was Ringo Starr. As the fame went on, they even from Germany, to Russia, and then they went the U.S.A.. Some of the names of their songs also movies like yellow submarine or help. in 1970, they broke up and became soloists, then it got crazier. The Age of hippies began, because of the Vietnam war. Today, only Paul and Ringo are alive. Since Paul isn't a lead singer any more, he is now sir Paul McCartney volunteered to be in The Pirates of the Caribbean Dead men tell no tails.
